Project Brief
Being at a prime location located opposite Hyatt in Santacruz Mumbai, the initial response was certainly to make an upscale high-end sales office. As the initial entry provided was not Vaastu friendly and whole different entry was created through a glass facade with special permissions. This created a forceful dynamic impression by using concrete cube inserted in skewed fashion into the existing facade.
Several briefing sessions were spent to understand their marketing process and what kind of seating arrangement worked best for them. The office had to reflect the company’s philosophy sophistication of their dominance in construction industry with the use of creative innovative materials and design. Use of north light in facade design to having naturally well-lit spaces.
A bespoke sculpted brass screen that creates striking visual illusion was explored for the first time. Technology for presentation on large LED walls and in audio visual rooms was seamless integrated with Wi-Fi and current trending gadgets. Massive use of transparent glass setting draws artistic blend of architecture to interiors. The seating was bespoke and yet flexible to hold large scale meetings or conferences facing the huge video wall. Provision of several seating spaces to accommodate clients. Cozy lounge and meeting room for business discussions & integration of current innovative technologies with traditional display for building models.
