This Mumbai penthouse apartment that breathes picturesque views of the sea, sky and the racecourse. This grand apartment is located on the topmost floor of a high rise in Mumbai, with a stunning view of the city. A bare shell flat converted from a four-bedroom apartment to a 3- bedroom home with a large height of 13 feet. Catering to the client’s brief of having a grand and luxurious modern feel room & bathrooms ,a large skylight is carved out right in the center of the living space, that connects with the beautiful sky with the panoramic views of the Arabian sea captured using slim line window sections to connect most of indoors to the outdoors .
A wonderful silky texture with fluted walls forms its own entry statement that adorns the entrance foyer as soon as you enter the floor. A gorgeous artificial stimulating fireplace with luxury green marble becomes the centerpiece of the living room and acts like an installation. The Master bedroom has bespoke large walk-in wardrobes and a marvelous bathroom with luxury and exotic marble.
A large yet soft headboard, neutral palette, green accents and brass-embedded designer walls with designer chandeliers and perfect lighting add an elegant chic vibe. The son’s room is based on the Avenger’s theme which is vibrant with touches of red and blue with a graphic TV wall that adds to the humor in his space. The daughter’s room is a dreamy fairy tale story with a palette of blush and white. It has its own character and style the curly shelves details, the bespoke arched wardrobes, and the wainscoting add a personal style and character to her dreamy space.
